Paid to your business
One lump sum, for commercial use only. What you do with it in the business is up to you.
For business owners · $100 to $5,000 · no fee to ask
A revenue-based merchant cash advance for your small business. Funders buy a share of your future sales and you remit a fixed cost, not interest.
The advance
Illustrative example, not an offer or a quote
A merchant cash advance is not a loan. A funder buys a share of your future receivables and pays you for it up front. You remit the agreed total out of your sales, and that total is fixed on the day you sign. It is not interest and it is never an APR.

Paid to your business
One lump sum, for commercial use only. What you do with it in the business is up to you.
Fixed total to remit
The advance times the factor. It does not grow with time, and finishing early or late does not change it in this example.
$2,500 x 1.30
Fixed cost of the advance
What the funder earns for buying your receivables. A fixed amount, not interest, and not expressed as an APR.
Example share of daily receipts
About $52 a business day on about $381 of daily sales. It can flex up and down with what you actually take in.

01
An amount for your business and a name, above. Nothing to upload yet, and checking your options is a soft inquiry that does not affect your credit score.
02
Your request reaches the third-party funders in the PistaFlow network together, not one after another. Nobody is shown it first.
03
Each funder reviews your business revenue and decides on its own, on its own terms. Silence from one is not a decision by the others.
04
A funder that wants to make an offer sends its own Revenue Purchase Agreement. Your business is committed to nothing until you sign it, and no one here can sign it for you.
Who pays for this
Not you.
A funder may pay us when a request we pass on is funded. Nothing is charged to your business, before or after.
Before you sign
The fixed total, not the daily figure
A small daily remittance can still add up to a large total. The agreement states the total your business will remit; read that number first.
The factor and the fixed cost
The total is the advance times the factor. The difference is the fixed cost. It is not interest and should never be presented to you as an APR.
Anything taken out up front
An advance of $2,000 that arrives as $1,850 is not the same deal. Ask about every fee the funder deducts before funding.
How remittance works
A share of daily or weekly receipts, or a fixed debit, and whether it can be adjusted if your sales fall. The Revenue Purchase Agreement says which.

What PistaFlow charges you
Not before, not after. A funder may pay us when a request we pass on is funded.
$100 to $5,000
Advance range
Paid to the business as a lump sum, for commercial purposes only.
No APR
How it is priced
A fixed cost set by the factor in the funder's Revenue Purchase Agreement, not interest.
1.15x to 1.45x in our example

An advance is a commercial tool, not a fix for a business that loses money every month. Weigh the fixed total against your sales before you sign. If something here contradicts a funder’s Revenue Purchase Agreement, the agreement governs. Checking your options is a soft inquiry and does not affect the owner’s credit score.
